Range Of Motion

"Your range of motion dictates the quality of your exercise."

Be sure to execute the full range of motion on each rep of each exercise unless it specifically calls for shorter range. Many sacrifice range to squeeze out more reps for egotistical satisfaction. When working out think competition standards. If your range is not full the rep doesn't count and you've wasted your energy. If the weight is too heavy for proper execution, drop the pounds and get an effective workout.
